Candidate data is processed in line with GDPR requirements and hosted in the EU. A DPA is available on request. You can also block clients, partners and other companies that should never be contacted.

All profiles that match the role – not only people marked 'open to work'. Most of the best candidates aren't actively looking, so limiting the search to them would leave most of the market out.
