Job Description

Your area of responsibility is broad: leadership, coaching, training, facilitation and impediment management
You are "a true leader who serves the Scrum Team and the larger organization"
You effectively introduce agile understanding and drive further development on the process and on the personal level
You increase the agile education of your team and organization to enable continuous improvement
You proactively create an open environment for effective and constructive communication and also support eliminating impediments and solving conflicts
You successfully moderate workshops and meetings

Requirements

You have at least one year of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
You are a strong personality with excellent communication skills
You have a solution-oriented mindset (team, goals, customers)
Your way of working is characterized by a high degree of structure, analytics and independence
You are fluent in English and German (level B2/C1)
A completed scrum master (CSM) certification is considered beneficial

Note for Austria in accordance with §9 Abs. 2 GlBG: The minimum monthly salary is € 3,190.00 gross/month when employed full-time as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.
